D74 to Pre-wedding photoshoot (17 June 2022)
74 MORE DAYS TO MY PRE-WEDDING PHOTOSHOOT!
It has been so long since I last counted down on something!
These few weeks have been BUSY.
I have been trying to look for a job, a house, venues, props for photoshoot, and more! I have also been going for interviews and so many things going on! I do like it, though it can be quite overwhelming at times..
I just had a gown fitting yesterday and it was so PRETTTTEHHHHHH!!! I LOVE THE GOWNS. They are all so elegant and classy! I have been eating so much snacks recently and I need to reduce if I want to continue to fit into the dress! I have yet to decide which dress to go for, most probably Suzette or Zara. They are nude colour with super pretty patterns, so will standout in photos! I cannot wait to take pretty pictures!!!
Oh yes so i was mentioning i had a lot of things... Just for pre-wed itself, i need to liaise with Bridelope on location, update Auteliar on my hairstyle and dress, do my nails nearing my pre-wed day (17 June 2022), and probably also dye (?) my hair one day?? Honestly have no idea yet but these are just floating ideas. I also need to buy white platform shoes for my pre-wed, stick on bra ($58?! SO EX) , engrave our rings, and TAKE SUPER GOOD CARE OF MY SKIN (DUH) AND NOT EAT SO MUCH SNACKS MINNNNNN .
WOW so many things and IM SO EGGCITED YET OVERWHELMED LOL. I am also looking at banquet venues even though I'm really not sure if we want it.... Its just so ex and troublesome yah.... Wellllll, will think about it more next time when i have the time.
Anyways...COUNTING DOWN 74 MORE DAYS TO MY PRE-WEDDING PRETTEH SHOOT!!!!!! LETS GOOOOOOO <3 <3 <3

It was time for half time and we walked to Tower bridge! The walk there was about 15 minutes and we slowly walked over, looking at the Christmas pop up stalls along the way! So many beautiful Christmas stalls and even food stalls too!! We took many pictures along the way!
Then we went back to Borough market and started out second round. We searched for Pieminster and passed by Richard's Oyster! We decided to order 4 (2 each) of medium size! Wah tian ah..... One of the best Oysters in the world!!!! I was so amazed by the freshness and really really feel that it's really the best oyster I've had! So fresh dao I cannot.....
we continued and we found Pieminster and we had their traditional beef pie! It was cold though..... Weird. The pie had think and nice crust but it was really like cold! But the fillings (beef) was good! Finished it and went to toilet! GC bought Mulled wine (which was hot red wine) and omg surprisingly good! It took a while because the first sip was weird... But slowly it became really nice! It was sour.. yet sweet and smooth...it was really good!
Our last food was the burger from Northfield farm! We had their classic cheeseburger which was huge!! The patty was well cooked and the caramelized onions was good too! It was juicy and like a classic good burger! We then bought a mocha from Change please and continued to walk past London bridge to Millennium Bridge to St Paul's Cathedral! Then we went out to wait for our bus at 8.25am and reached the busstop in 1 minute and we waited with the other people there. At about 840, one bus came but it was Reykjavik Sight seeing bus so we didn't board. So GC decided to call the bus company to ask. In the end, he was directed to Reykjavik Sight seeing and he went to see the person and omg that was our bus! We immediately boarded the bus and the ride too about 10 minutes plus! We changed bus to Airport Direct and we reached the airport around 9.53am because our bus was a bit late. Oh got WiFi in bus not bad!
Then we bag dropped and went to walk around the place. Wanted to buy some souvenirs but a bit ex. So we just decided to have coffee and a vanilla skyr! Wah not bad the Skyr!
We reached London about 2 h 50 m later and was at Gatwick North airport. We had to go to the South! So we took a the free shuttle train and reached there quite fast!
I immediately went to the pharmacy at Boots and I bought an anti itch histamine cream cos my legs were itching like CrazZzZyyy. Put the cream straight away!
We went to buy Oyster cards at the train station (not the visitor oyster card because the value higher). We took the bus (thameslink) and alighted at Thameslink city. We walked to our hotel (about just 7 minutes walk) and checked in! We checked in at around 5.15pm and there was a cheese and wine buffet from 5-8pm. We went to it and wow! The cheese were amazing!! There was goat cheese which had a very strong goat taste so I really didn't like it.. I like cheddar and a veg cheese best! The veg cheese had a veg taste that was really good, with a nice after taste too!
Then we went out to eat pizza at Neal's Yard pizza! We reached at 630 but had to wait about 1 hour for our seats! We walked around and they called us in at 730! We had a half half pizza (chorizo, corn, coriander) and mushroom vegetarian pizza! Wowwwww so interesting! The chorizo not a lot ley. If more then will be better! 22/12/2019 - Iceland Day 12
Morning woke up early at about 7am and we went for early breakfast! The breakfast spread was really quite good! There were quite a few Danish pastries! Yum! And their scrambled eggs were good too!
Then we rested in the hotel for awhile until about 11 and left to Perlan Wonders of Iceland! It was a big nice building but we didn't really explore it! There were many exhibitions but we weren't interested so we just walked around the building to watch the sunrise! Then we were thinking where to go when we find that we didn't go to the Kerid Crater when we were coming back. We decided to just go there impromptu and we drove about an hour to the place. The entrance fee was 400 isk each and we walked the entire krater! Too about 20 mins and took many pictures in between! The wind was Xiao strong and made it colder.
Then we drove back and returned our car! Very luckily, the last told us that all looks ok and we are finally free of liability!!!! Wooooo. We were really happy and decided to walk at Bonus and we bought a popcorn for 175 isk. Not bad ley! It's salty and buttery but not oily! Then we decided to have late lunch at Lamb and we are their signature flat bread! Yummy! And the portion was HUGEEEEEE. Really huge but really yummy! There was a lot of lamb meat and the wrap was really crispy too!
Then we walked around and saw some Jewish festival and someone giving a speech on the street! We continued and even fought some gyms and team rocket!
We decided to have our dinner at 101 Reykjavik Street Food and we had a lovely soup and traditional beef soup! 1650 isk each! It was really hot and it came with a bread and free chocolate as desserts hehe. The lobster soup was really really and the beef one was less salty. There were also chunks of lobsters in the soup! But when I was trying to give the soup to GC, I accidentally spilled onto his scarf and he became really unhappy.. he just sulked and didn't talk much because he said that he felt uncomfortable.. sigh.
After awhile, he came better and we went to eat ice cream at Joylato and we had one scope of chocolate ice cream! 500isk! Then we walked back to our hotel eating our ice cream!
We decided to walk to the bus terminal after reaching the hotel and I put down the bag and we walked! Wahhh the walk was really far. We needed to climb some slopes and there were dark places and some places with no path, just roads. So we aborted our plan and decided to take the bus from Skuggi hotel busstop 9. It was just a minute walk from our hotel but we may have to wait for up to 30 minutes and was more ex. It was 43.50SGD each with 5% discount. The hotel wanted to charge us 4,300 isk ($47.50). Heng we booked it ourselves! Hehe
Oh and my legs started to itch and had rashes:/
Weird because it was after the lobster soup with 10 minutes plank.. isit the exercise induced allergy reaction?

Morning woke up early at 8 to cook our Indo mee for breakfast! We made 3 indo Mee and also toasted 4 brioche bread! We also made 2 drinks each!
Then we headed off to Geysir and omg the wind was hugeeeeeeee. We had to go against the wind and be careful not to fall! But the Strokkur did not erupt and we continued to see the Geysir. It was also supposed to erupt though it was but as active. There was a lot of black ice and we had to be really careful!!
Then we went to Gullfoss cafe for our Snow mobile and we boarded the bus. In the end, the bus didn't really move and someone came and said that it was snowing at the mountain and the visibility was almost zero with the higher winds and snow now! Wah I really heaved a sign of relief as I was really really scared too ride in such heavy winds too!! I mean I cannot even control my own body how can I control the snow mobile?! Hahaha hengggggg. So we went to see Gullfoss and omg the wind!!!! It was about 20/30 which means the gust was as high as 30!! That is crazy!! We cannot even see the Gullfoss for long because it was really windy!!
Then we drove to Pingvillr National park and took a few pictures! Then we continued our drive to Reykjavik and checked in. Then we went out to walk the streets and just watch the sunset! We also saw a Christmas market that was really small with about 9 stalls? They sell different stuff and was really cute! Then we walked around and are a hot dog that was about $5.50 (470kr) but was really yummy! The sauce was good and bread was crispy!!
Then we went to noodle station and had a chicken and beef noodles that cost about $40 but was gooodddddd. There were peanuts and bean sprouts and the chicken meat was really very tender and they were really generous with their servings too!! Then we went back to hotel to rest!!

20/12/2019 - Iceland Day 10
Morning had breakfast at about 9 and the breakfast spread was similar again hahaha. Oh but they have good Danish pastries!
We left the hotel and went to see Skogafoss just nearby! There were already quite a few people when we were there! We managed to take pictures and continued to climb many steps up! It was about 23 stories worth of steps in ice! So we had to be really careful not to fall and hold onto the railings! Went up and took many pictures of the top of the waterfall!
Then we came down slowly and went to the Eyjafjallajokull visitor center that was just nearby and took pictures of the mountain too.
We headed to the next waterfall which was the Seljalandfoss! Parking was required to pay 700isk but we managed to walk quite a bit! Though the food was not as majestic but they're were afew falls here and there and we managed to take quite a few pictures! And it was a good walk, not too cold!
We continued to Ægissíðufoss waterfall that was shorter but because the walking path was closed, we just spent like a few minutes to take the photos right outside our car!
We found another waterfall nearby and decided to go for it and it was the Urriðafoss! According to the information, it is the most voluminous waterfall in Iceland. There was a path to walk but it was quite slippery and really very windyyyyyy! So we were really careful and named to take a few pictures there!
Then we went to Midgard base camp and went to their hot tub! Wah really quite hot!! We spent about 30 minutes in the tub while we washed our clothes for 800isk + 150 isk for powder! Couldn't see any view but it was a good soak!!:)
We cooked our dinner with our last 3 packets of Korean spicy ramen and brawled in the common area and went back to sleep!

Then we headed to Dryholaey (Kirkjufjara beach) and took many pictures! Then went back to the Reynisfjara beach and there were many people! All taking photo with the scene that was in the game of thrones! Cool! And the waves were called sneakers waves that were deadly! Took many pictures and went to fuel up our car!
Then we went to Solheimajokull glacier and decided to take a short walk up to see the glacier for Abit! Some parts of the roads were quite slippery so we had to be really careful as most of the other people were really all geared up with crampons and sticks! We caught a glimpse of the glacier and continued back to car to eat some chips! And watch some shows LOL cos the wind was hugeeeeeeee and it was slippery LOL.
We continued to the Solheimasandur plane wreck and decided to walk to the wreck, which was about 4km! Wow. We took 50 minutes to reach the wreck! At about 230 right before the bus arrives and we immediately took many many pictures when the bus was arriving as people started to leave! Then we continued to walk slightly further down and watched the sun. Beautiful! Then we continued to take pictures until 330 where the next bus came and the crowd became smaller for a while to take nice undisturbed photos! Then we decided to walk back! The walk was easy initially and the wind started to become stronger and stronger.
To the extent that we couldn't talk and needed to really push our bodies against the wind! Wowwwwww what an experience really!!! Plus we were walking in the snow and some parts were slippery. The winds even blew up the black sand and into our eyes sometimes! This later for about 30-40 minutes and we finally reached our car! We took about 54 minutes back!
Then we went to see Skogafoss which was just nearby our hotel and too many pictures before tour buses started to come in! Phew! Oh our car almost skidded when we were entering the road to our hotel! So scary!!!
Then went back to hotel and had their meat soup (lamb) and wow so cool! It was full of lamb and barley! So interesting and really very full of ingredients! Then went back to rest!

We left for diamond beach and stopped at some random stop! So pretty!
We reached the diamond beach. It has black same and it was really filled with "diamonds", which are icebergs from Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. So pretty!! Took many pictures and there were many people too! Then we walked around the beach for a bit.
Then we drove to nearby to have Fish and chips from nailed it! Wah so fresh and there was a long queue too! Even the toilet was long queue! Would say that it's a touristy spot!
We headed to Vatnajokull national park (Skaftafell) and we tried to hike up Abit because parking was 750isk haha. In the end, we tried to go up and realised hallway that it was a bad idea, and tried to come down. We almost slipped and fell and struggled to come down lol! Then we decided to follow others and walked an easy tour to just feel the place! We also stopped at random places to take pictures!
Then we checked in at Guesthouse Carina and it was like a shld service check in. The paper will write the name and the room number and the key is on the door. Quite cool and there were many people in the apartment!

17/12/2019 - Iceland Day 7
Morning woke up at 8 for breakfast and I went down to eat alone first! Quite an interesting experience because I was the only person having breakfast in their entire restaurant! So the staff allowed us to choose our breakfast the day before we chose quite a bit (because we paid for it right hahaha).
When I was there, the food was really quite amazing!!!! The scrambled eggs were hot and the bacons were crispy!! There were 6 types of cereals woooo! Ohhhh and the croissant.... amazing!!! I also tried their Danish pastries which were really good as well! All in all, a really great breakfast!
Then we left the hotel at around 11.10am and were preparing for a long drive to Framtid. There was heavy snow the night before and the roads were quite flooded with snow. We started to drive out of Fosshotel when we got stuck in the snow just about 200m from the hotel... We drove on the right side of the road which was not cleared by the huge vehicle, hence we got stuck in the snow. Even the four wheel drive got disabled because we tried too hard. There was a huge vehicle cleaning snow and we tried to ask for shovel and he asked us to get from the hotel, which we did. I went back to request for a shovel and we started to dig the snow away from the wheels and from the whole vehicle. We called the Blue rental hotline and they asked us to email our exact address so that they could and people down to help free out car, but it costs money, which they aren't able to advice how much.. So we decided to continue digging away the snow and reverse the vehicle for 2 hours! It was snowing really heavily with strong winds and we were freezing while trying to clear the snow! Finally, a tow truck stopped next to us... And asked if we need help.. yes of course we need, but it cost money. He said that we wouldn't be able to free the car for another 2 hours and would need to spend more time again to free the car as it would be stuck again. He charged us half price because he was the one who saw us and we didn't call for the service! So lucky us really! So it was 18,000 isk. He only took about 5 minutes to free out vehicle using his vehicle and he drove it for us abit to make sure everything is working hehe. Lucky we need a savior!!!!! Else we really need to pay even more!!!!
Then we decided to go back to Fosshotel to just rest for awhile and return the shovel. After just 30 minutes, we were back on the road!
We gave Dettifoss a mid because the road was closed and went to Egilsstadir! We just drove around the place a bit and went to Hotel Framtid!
Such a wooden little pretty hotel! Hehe. We then checked in and drove to the restaurant just nearby (Vid Voginn) to drink their spicy vegetable soup (work over free refill)! Hehe it tasted like Tom Yum but was really good! A bit sad that it wasn't as hot as I would like it to be. But it was good!
Then went back hotel to rest!

16/12/2019 - Iceland Day 6
Woke up at 8am for our breakfast and to our delight, the breakfast was so cute!!! So catered for us! They laid out a table and had bread, cheese, ham, salami, cereal, milk, ornaments juices, tomatoes, cucumbers, and toaster there! So so cute! Love the breakfast! It was in their kitchen and it felt like it was just for us! Love it!!!
Then we went off at 1030 to Akureyri whale watching! Wow it car was covered in snow and we took awhile to push the snow off! Then we immediately rushed to the Elding whale watching place but turns out it was at another place! We rushed over and made it! Took a warm suit and slept on the boat while it drove to the place! The ride was about an hour and we managed to see some hump back whales! Some were even really near us!
Then we drove to top up petrol at OB and went to Godafoss! We saw the sign and decided to go for it and it was beautiful!!!!! Wow the waterfall was really big and it was about 5 minutes walk! Then we went to the cafe and had a 600isk hot chocolate! Ok only. Then we continued our drive to Myvatn, Fosshotel! 30 mins drive! We checked in and went to Myvatn nature bath and when we went on there were probably only two other people inside! LOL, and there was no slow entrance into the bath and we had to run in the come weather into the bath! Wahhhhh coldddddd! And the water felt hot when we entered it! The temperature was not very consistent in the bath but we enjoyed it! We tried to enter the colder parts but omg really cold so we only went in for about a few minutes and we went back to the hotter bath. We came up and down of the bath and took some pictures! Then we went to eat Goulash soup and a hot chocolate at their cafe! Omg the Goulash soup was good!!!! Yummmmm! So satisfying! Then we went back to the hotel to rest!

15/12/2019 - Iceland Day 5
Checked out Bikers paradise at 9am and we went to see Kirkjufellsfoss! When we were there, the sun was still not up and we couldn't find any parking. We tried to move around the address and searched to find a parking but there wasn't any. The parking was closed!:/ So we decided to just park at the entrance of the compared sign and took some pictures with the Kirkjufells mountain! Didn't manage to see the waterfall but at least we got good pictures of the mountain! Lucky the weather was kinder to us and we managed to take quite a few nice pictures 😁
We also stopped along the road to take pictures of the mountain! Niceeeee!
Then we drove to Akureyri! It was a long drive so we stopped over at Budardalur (Blomalindin) which was about an hour drive and the cafe was closeddddd. But we went to walk to the petrol station at the side.
Then we had a peanut butter bread in car and headed off to Hvammstangi (hladan kauffihaus). In the end, the restaurant is also closed! But the town is really quaint and cute so we took some pictures hehe. Also went to the supermarket to just walk a bit.
Then we decided to go to the next town to get our luck! We went to Blonduos, Ommukauffi! Finally, it's opened!! But it was super quiet and we were the only ones in the cafe. We ordered two cappuccinos and needed to wait a while because the milk wasn't ready. We bawled! Hehe.
Then we checked in FE accommodation where there was a man waiting for us. Quite interesting too because it was like an apartment! We got a room with bathroom, TV, and even a piano! So cooolllllll! TWENTY-NINE
Dear blogspot,
I AM TWENTY-NINE!
So many thoughts and feelings! The past decade of this twenties is full of ups and downs. I have gone from crazy to mad, to sad, to depressed, to sane, to at ease, to finally have gained some clarity in mind.
The start of my twenties was amazing. I was in NTU and was studying with Yun and though there were some friendship problems here and there, I was happy to go to school everyday and I looked forward! I fell in love with the wrong people at different times and changed to Psychology, thinking that it would be more “fun”. I had my 21st birthday and had so many friends over to celebrate with me. I laughed, I loved, I partied like crazy. I went clubbing and drank lots of alcohol till I was drunk. I went to volunteer at Project Pyaw at Myanmar, and I went to US for exchange. The exchange was beyond amazing and living alone made me feel independent as if I have grown so much. I have hurt myself while in exchange but I survived all the times I was alone and I grew independent.
Mid-twenties, I started my first job at MSF SSO. I met kind souls and colleagues who showered me with care and concern. They were kind, thoughtful, and fun-loving! They were crazy at times, yet kept me sane when work was tough. The clients were not the easiest to manage but I felt so supported most of the time. Then I made the biggest mistake, and I fell to my lowest point. The point where I thought my world crashed, where I thought my life was going to be a mess and that I was not going to become better. I doubted myself and my morals and I thought I would be this miserable for the rest of my life… then I grew and matured. It was also then where I had my first ever experience of grief experience from my grandmother’s passing. My grandmother loved me and she said this wise words to me when I was at the lowest point “Why are you even crying like this?! Do you think he will even know that you’re crying like this here right now? NO. He is somewhere enjoying himself and living his life because you don’t matter to him already. Move on.” It was tough love and I know this stems from great concern as I was drowned in my own sadness and she wanted me to snap out of my own misery. She really made me think and I am very thankful for her. I also started to meditate and I saw the importance of mindfulness. Mindfulness has helped me overcome the lowest point in my life, and helped me gain some clarity into my life situation and not be so trapped in my past. I was living in the past and reliving the memories and it was not helpful at all. I am really glad to have stepped out of it stronger, braver, and wiser.
Late-twenties, I met the love of my life, through Instagram DM ;) He DM-ed me through Instagram while I was on my CMB date and he caught my attention as he is good-looking ;) He started speaking to me while I was travelling in Taiwan and we met in December and got together in January 2019. Our love was not easy at the start as we are very different from each other, but we grew together. We compromised, we listened, and we understood. I love this man and I want to become a better person :)
I have been constantly chasing after pleasures in life and I don’t really stop to look and appreciate the current moment. After my breakfast, I think of lunch, then I think of dinner. I love food and I look forward to my meals. I want to do activities and fill up all my time so I feel more “fulfilled”. I seek pleasures and chase the next pleasurable activity after activity. Life has to be filled with "activities" to be meaningful and for me to feel "happy and fulfilled".
Now i want to pause and sit in the moment. I want to feel contented and joy not through activities, but through reflection and find peace in my life and in being with myself. I watnt to find balance. I have a kick-assed twenties and this is the last year in my twenties. I am excited and looking forward to the adventures life has to offer next <3
With love,
Min.

Self-centered attitude vicious cycle
Too self-centered.
A self-centered attitude brings a sense of insecurity and fear. Distrust. Too much fear brings frustration. Too much frustration brings anger. Chain reaction.
With a self-centered attitude, you become distanced from others, then distrust, then feel insecure, then fear, then anxiety, then frustration, then anger, then violence.

Hello!!
Omg its has been about 5 months since i last wrote. I told myself i want to journal once every week. Ok, its ok. Don't beat myself up for it ok. I am here now and i really do hope to write and reflect more. I also want to read more, draw more, and maybe be by myself more.
Wow also today i learnt that i could just press "shift + return" to get the space thingy! How cool! Hahaha.
Anyway, last week has been tough. I thought that i meant well but sometimes maybe the way i put it across just really dont sound nice. Am I really being unappreciative? I really do appreciate him a lot and i want this r/s to last. Its not easy because he expects a lot from me. He wants understanding and empathy... i want to give it to him but its really really not easy when he complains so often and is so anxious about so many things. I get impatient and this is really not nice of me. I need to learn to take deep breathes and calm down before reacting to him.
Understand that he is someone who is generally more anxious than others. He wants to keep his loved ones safe and so he tends to be very careful and anxious about hygiene and health. He is anxious because he cares. I need to be more patient and think in his shoes (with his anxiety and thoughts) before i get upset or impatient.
I am glad that HBL is here and my RICS is over today!!!! It is like a huge rock off my chest! Feel so relieved and finally like can rest hahaha. Oh but i do need to call my students to check on their wellbeing and make sure all of them are doing well in the HBL.
I hope to reflect more and be happy!

2nd anni with love
Hi!
Wanted to journal once a week but it has been 2 weeks. No excuses min, i need to try harder.
So on 22 January 2021, it was GC and I's 2nd Anniversary:)
We went out to have some Spanish food and though we had a small argument, I still enjoyed my meal. I regretted being such a stubborn girl for wanting to save that $7.50 on chope, and caused him to be unhappy. I think next time I will do it without his knowledge (hehehe), or simply let him if he saw it bah.
We went out on 23rd too! We ate prata downstairs for breakfast, then went to eat Xin Yuan Ji fish soup! Then we walked for superrrrr long (HAHA) to find a "tea house" that was inside a restuarant that we did not know. Then we went to Suntec city intead to drink Matcha at Maccha house! We chilled there for the afternoon and went to dinner at Sushi Airways! Yummmmmyyy! The place was quite small but it was shaped like an airplane and designed to feel like an aeroplane, to simulate that we were "flying". Hehe. The food was very good too! The sashimi was fresh, and the Makis are very shiok! However, the food took quite a while to come. We ordered a Chawanmushi, 2 Makis, 1 platter of Sashimi, and 1 Chirachi don. The chawanmushi had an "ocean fresh" taste LOL, the makis were awesome, the sashimi was fresh, and the chirachi don was filled with rice LOL.
It was super fillng towrds the end of the meal but i still wanted dessert! So we ordered the Dark chocolate cake which they said was unavailable then..So we had another chocolate cake which honestly was just so-so.. We had 2 free cute red bean mochis before that and i think that they were better than the chocolate cake. The bill came up to about $180. Was quite expensive but it was really fresh and filling!
I enjoyed myself a lot and i love GC a lot. He is a very very kind man who is very loyal and faithful. He is non-judgmental and sees the best in people. I hope to be more like him and be more hopeful and optimistic in mankind. Hehehe.
I am very thankful that he brought me out whole day and I love him a lot :)
Hehe. Be appreciateive min.
Tata~

To go back to where everyday were filled of joy.
So innocent, so simple.

Woke up at 8 and had breakfast at 9 at Guesthouse Carina! Wah their dining hall is bigger than expected! There was a buffet Sierra's and even a waffle making machine! The waffle was really filling though! Hahaha. Ate it with peanut butter and yum!!!
We headed to Vik i Myrdal Church to see the small town from above!

We decided to check out The soup company just nearby and we had their lava red soup which was beef soup! With a black bread bowl and one free refill and free flow of bread! Super full and yummy!
Then at night we decided to go see the Aurora at 12am as the activity level was 3! We went to Reynisdalur beach and wash the Aurora really appeared in front of us!!! It was green in colour and so amazing! But I was having difficulty trying to capture clear pictures with my camera! And one it was so windy toooooooo omggggg. Was very worth it though because it was beautiful:)

We put our luggages down and went out to explore Akureyri! We walked around Akureyri and went to have dinner at Akureyri Fish and chips! Wow the fish is really fresh and the said is very chewy too! Not cheap but yum! Then we walked around the area and fought some gyms hahaha. Also took some pictures along the way! It was snowing and really pretty!
Then we went back to our apartment!
