happiness
Never let the sadness of the past, and the fear of the future, ruin the happiness of your present.
For every minute you are sad, you lose sixty seconds of happiness.
The key to happiness is letting each situation be what it is instead of what you think it should be.
To stay happy is simply to let go of things that make you sad.
Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.
Whenever you do a thing, act as if all the world were watching.
Be happy not because everything is good, but because you can see the good in everything.

20/12/2019 - Iceland Day 10

Morning had breakfast at about 9 and the breakfast spread was similar again hahaha. Oh but they have good Danish pastries!

We left the hotel and went to see Skogafoss just nearby! There were already quite a few people when we were there! We managed to take pictures and continued to climb many steps up! It was about 23 stories worth of steps in ice! So we had to be really careful not to fall and hold onto the railings! Went up and took many pictures of the top of the waterfall!

Then we came down slowly and went to the Eyjafjallajokull visitor center that was just nearby and took pictures of the mountain too.

We headed to the next waterfall which was the Seljalandfoss! Parking was required to pay 700isk but we managed to walk quite a bit! Though the food was not as majestic but they're were afew falls here and there and we managed to take quite a few pictures! And it was a good walk, not too cold!

We continued to Ægissíðufoss waterfall that was shorter but because the walking path was closed, we just spent like a few minutes to take the photos right outside our car!

We found another waterfall nearby and decided to go for it and it was the Urriðafoss! According to the information, it is the most voluminous waterfall in Iceland. There was a path to walk but it was quite slippery and really very windyyyyyy! So we were really careful and named to take a few pictures there!

Then we went to Midgard base camp and went to their hot tub! Wah really quite hot!! We spent about 30 minutes in the tub while we washed our clothes for 800isk + 150 isk for powder! Couldn't see any view but it was a good soak!!:)

We cooked our dinner with our last 3 packets of Korean spicy ramen and brawled in the common area and went back to sleep!
