Morning we checked out of our hotel and went to check in at Citadines Holborn Covent garden. It was about 15 minutes walk and we walked over! The streets were quite empty and not many cars!
We checked in with a Santa Claus and got the highest floor corner unit! Finally can open both lugagges!
We went out and went to walk around while we waited for the lunch at Byron. We wanted to find sth to eat but many places were closed! We just walked around and finally found a Pretz a Manger around Leicester square that is open! There were many people inside and we bought a meatball wrap, chocolate croissant, and bacon and spinach omelette! Wah the meatballs were quite big and the wrap is crispy. Chocolate croissant was really fluffy and soft and crispy! The omelette quite salty but really tasty too!
Then we walked to Trafalgar square where we started to see many people! There are four lions around the square which was majestic!
We walked to the Horse Guard Building to see the horses with the people! The horses are really well trained to be able to stand there in the cold for so long!!
We continued to the supreme Court and took some pictures. The big Ben was under construction so we couldn't really see it. We walked past London eye and went for Byron burger! We had the new Byron burger and cheese burger! I prefer the new Byron burger because it has pickles and more texture to it! The cheeseburger was simply cheeseburger with onions and tomatoes. The fries was alright but I think jiu ok.
We walked past the Institute of Contemporary arts and along the Mall. Then went to walk the Trafalgar square for cheap souvenirs and then to Poppies! The fish was cod and it was really soft! The sauces were really good too! Some of the fries were crispy and some were not but all in all a very good fish and chips!
Then went back to rest
