Christmas Eve!
Morning we woke up at 9 and went out at 10! We walked towards tower bridge and stopped at Borough market first because #priorities!! Hahahaha. Had a hard time finding the Ginger oh but we managed to in the end thanks to Google map! We had The ginger pig (pig in a blanket) and the cappuccino from Monmouth coffee! Both had long queues and we just queued! The pork was really good! Like it was thick and the crust waz buttery and crispy!! And the coffee is really really smooth too!!
Next, we ate scotch eggs from scotch tails and TIAN AH YUMMEHHHH. The crust was crispy and the sausage was really yummy! The egg is cooked really well and not entirely cooked! Then we queued for Kappacesin dairy where we had their cheese toastie (7pounds) Wahhh nice ley! The person was really nice to help us cut the toast into two! Omg really do yummmm!!!
Then we had change please coffee (latte) and a vanilla donut from Bread Ahead! The coffee was good too and the donut was really creamy and sweet! It was covered in sugar and the cream was really good!!!! Like it!
It was time for half time and we walked to Tower bridge! The walk there was about 15 minutes and we slowly walked over, looking at the Christmas pop up stalls along the way! So many beautiful Christmas stalls and even food stalls too!! We took many pictures along the way!
Then we went back to Borough market and started out second round. We searched for Pieminster and passed by Richard's Oyster! We decided to order 4 (2 each) of medium size! Wah tian ah..... One of the best Oysters in the world!!!! I was so amazed by the freshness and really really feel that it's really the best oyster I've had! So fresh dao I cannot.....
we continued and we found Pieminster and we had their traditional beef pie! It was cold though..... Weird. The pie had think and nice crust but it was really like cold! But the fillings (beef) was good! Finished it and went to toilet! GC bought Mulled wine (which was hot red wine) and omg surprisingly good! It took a while because the first sip was weird... But slowly it became really nice! It was sour.. yet sweet and smooth...it was really good!
Our last food was the burger from Northfield farm! We had their classic cheeseburger which was huge!! The patty was well cooked and the caramelized onions was good too! It was juicy and like a classic good burger! We then bought a mocha from Change please and continued to walk past London bridge to Millennium Bridge to St Paul's Cathedral! There were many people there and the entrance to see the Carol's was filled with people and there was an entrance fee.:/ So we decided to give it a miss and walked to Chinatowna and Piccadilly circus and Carnaby street and a bit of Oxford street! We wanted to find cheap shoes and in the end I bought a 6 pounds shoes at Primark!!! It was a white classic sneakers! At least my leg wouldn't hurt and maybe hopefully wouldn't itch!
Then went back to Jin li at 630 and was told the waiting time was 40 minutes. We waited while we brawled outside the shop! Finally we were seated about 40 minutes later! We ordered the mala xiang guo and ordered about 6 ingredients (1 beef) and it costed 46 pounds! Which was about like 65 SGD! WAH ex wor!! It was really fragrant but don't think it was worth so much ley!
We continued to walk to Hyde Park for winter wonderland! Was about a30 minutes walk and we just walked! We reached the blue entrance and wah so pretty the lights!! We bought chocolate churros and there were about 6 small sticks and costed about 6 GBP! Omg but so good!! The chocolate sauce was legit!! The churros was thin though!
Then we continued and bought another chocolate churros from Churros factory! Got more churros and their churros were thicker!! Got more fillings and the sauce was a bit sweeter I feel? But still DAMN AWESOME PLEASE GIMME MORE LOL.
We walked and saw many many different stalls and rides! Then we walked about by the Mall street and saw the Wellington arch and Buckingham palace. Then walked the Mall street and went back to rest!
